Application Terms
If you are participating (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") in the NAGOYA WOMEN'S MARATHON 2025 Challenge Entry Campaign (hereinafter referred to as "this Campaign") implemented by New Balance Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"), please read the following carefully and apply only after agreeing to the terms and conditions.
By applying for this campaign, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please cancel your application. These terms will be effective from 10:00 on Thursday, July 11, 2024.

Take on the challenge of the Nagoya Women's Marathon 2025 with your favorite items!
Customers who purchase at least one running or training item for a total of 13,000 yen (tax included) or more at participating stores will receive early entry rights for the Nagoya Women's Marathon 2025 on a first-come, first-served basis (up to 3,200 customers).

[What is early entry right?]
The "Early Entry Right" is not a right to enter the race, but a right to enter the Nagoya Women's Marathon 2025 with priority, prior to general entry. The participation fee for this event, 17,500 yen (tax included), is to be borne by the participant. Please note that your right to enter the race will be confirmed once you have completed your entry registration and paid the fee within the specified deadline.

When you make a purchase totaling 13,000 yen or more (including tax) at a participating New Balance official store during the campaign period, including one or more eligible running or training products, please access the application form on your smartphone using the QR code on the flyer given to you by the store staff.
1. Take a photo of the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) of the product you purchased
2. Access the application form from the flyer with the QR code given to you by the store staff and enter the required information.
3. Upload proof of purchase of the eligible product (receipt or invoice)
4. Receive an email confirming your application
5. Those who meet the application requirements will be notified of their early entry rights on the "Campaign Application Status Confirmation Page" after 5:00 p.m. on the third business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the date of their application, so please check for yourself.
*When checking, please use the same email address you used when applying for this campaign.
・Once the limit has been reached, you will no longer be able to access the application form.
・If we are unable to confirm your entry into the application form, your application will be invalid.
・Please be sure to try the item on.
・Only unused items can be returned within 14 days of purchase at the store where they were purchased. However, please note that if the item no longer meets the application conditions due to the return, your right will be revoked.
*You will need your purchase receipt and shoe box.
*Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees for returns due to personal reasons.
*As a general rule, refunds will be made in the currency used at the time of purchase.
