From around 12:00 on Tuesday, January 11th, the official online store customer care site experienced a telephone line system failure, causing us to be unable to take calls. However, service was restored at 14:30.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers.

Regarding changes to shipping schedule after holidays

Orders placed after 15:01 on Friday, December 24th will be shipped sequentially starting from Tuesday, January 4th after the holiday.
【Change before】
  • Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day (weekdays only)

  • [After change]
  • Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. will be shipped within 7 business days (weekdays only)
