New colors of 998 are released as Drop 3 of the MADE in USA Fall/Winter collection.
The 998, which will be released at DROP3, features vibrant nature-inspired coloring and premium pigskin suede.
The Sepia and Atlantic Blue colors feature a striking bright orange upper with contrasting colors on the midsole and accents.

The "998" was the fifth model in the "990" series and debuted in 1993 as a Made in USA model.
This is a commemorative model that is the first to feature New Balance's shock absorption technology, ABZORB.
The forefoot features C-CAP, which provides excellent cushioning and is lightweight, and the entire outsole is made of solid rubber.
It has gained support from many runners due to its excellent fit and comfortable feel.

とにかく配色が自分好み。直営店で実物を見て購入を迷っていましたが、この機会に初998。アブゾーブ特有のクッショニングは癖になりそう。良い買い物が出来ました。
