BOAが空回りする不良品だった為、交換を依頼したところ「初期であってもBOAの不具合は修理になる」との事。
コールセンターでは修理期間も不明だそうで、手間はかかるが返品して改めて購入した方が早いとの案内の為、返品手続き（どっちにしても手間がかかりますが。）をしましたがなんとも納得がいかない対応です。
購入後すぐに履きたい場合もあると思いますが、初期の不具合にも関わらずすぐに交換の手配をしていただけないのは改善すべきだと思います。
