普段インソールは入れないのですが、今回は着心地を向上させるためにこちらを購入。インソールがかなり分厚いため、マイサイズの靴に入れると甲を圧迫したキツく感じました。このインソールは使う場合は靴をハーフサイズアップさせた方が良い方思います。
