This is the first colorway of the original "1906R," a reconstruction of the "1906," a symbol of running shoes in the 2000s.
The original was released in 2009 and features the same sole as the "2002" that was subsequently released as the flagship model.
It was a high-performance running shoe named after the year the New Balance brand was founded, 1906.
The original silver colorway combines breathable mesh and synthetic overlays on the upper.
It features a heel support made of TPU material and N lock, which works in conjunction with the shoelaces on the N logo to provide increased support in the saddle area.
The sole combines ABZORB, a shock-absorbing material, with N-ergy cushioning, and the sole unit features a Stability Web made of TPU material to reinforce the arch, providing a comfortable fit for every day.
The 1906R pays homage to the technological aesthetic of 2000s running shoes while offering a modern and timeless style.

ヒール部分のプラスチックがかかとにホールド感を与えるため、安定した履き心地にさせてくれます。
マイサイ26㎝で購入しましたがジャストフィットです。アッパーもメッシュで出来ているため少し伸びる感じもありますので、
サイズ上げる必要はないかと思います。

いつも900番台を履いてます。900番台と同じマイサイ27CMを購入しましたが、ホールド感が強く感じました。ハーフサイズUPでもよかったかなと感じました。履き心地は最高です。
