Regarding shipping and inquiries during the New Year holidays

Thank you for your continued patronage of New Balance.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will be closed for the New Year holidays from Saturday, December 26, 2020 to Sunday, January 3, 2021.
In addition, some services will be changed or suspended, so please check below.

Temporary suspension of delivery date specification service

We will stop accepting requests for specific delivery dates when placing an order during the following period.

Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you a shipping notification email.
The shipping slip number is listed in the waybill number column, so please check the delivery status using the Yamato Transport baggage inquiry system.

Year-end and New Year holiday period

  • Shipping holiday period: Saturday, December 26, 2020 to Sunday, January 3, 2021

  • Regarding shipping schedule after holidays

    Orders placed after 15:01 on Friday, December 25th will be shipped sequentially starting from Monday, January 4th after the holiday.
    Please see below for shipping estimates.

  • Orders placed between 12/25 (Fri) 15:01 and 12/31 (Thu) 23:59 will be shipped by 1/6 (Wed)
  • Orders placed between 12:00am on Friday, January 1st and 11:59pm on Saturday, January 2nd will be shipped by Friday, January 8th.
  • Orders placed between 00:00 on Sunday, January 3rd and 23:59 on Tuesday, January 5th will be shipped by Wednesday, January 13th.
  • Orders placed between 00:00 on Wednesday, January 6th and 23:59 on Monday, January 11th will be shipped by Friday, January 15th.
  • Orders placed between 00:00 on Tuesday, January 12th and 23:59 on Friday, January 15th will be shipped by Tuesday, January 19th.
  • Orders placed between 00:00 on Saturday, January 16th and 15:00 on Friday, January 22nd will be shipped by Friday, January 22nd.
