About receiving

At FamilyMart
You can collect your order by operating the terminal in the store.
You will need the "waybill number (inquiry number)" and "authentication number" that will be provided to you in advance by Yamato Transport.

Other convenience stores
You can receive your gift by presenting the following three items at the cash register:
Identification card (driver's license, etc.), personal seal, email notifying you of delivery completion or email with the shipping number (contact number) provided by Yamato Transport in advance, etc.

Notes

  • *Yamato Transport will deliver to the convenience store or office you specify.
  • *We cannot accept date or time specifications.
  • *Cash on delivery and Yamato payment on delivery are not available as payment methods.
  • *For orders of larger sizes, such as orders that include two or more pairs of shoes, we may inform you that the order cannot be picked up at a convenience store after the order has been confirmed.
  • *Payment is made at the time of ordering, so cancellation is not possible upon receipt.
  • *The storage period is 3 days, including the day of arrival. If the storage period expires, the product will be returned to us and your order will be canceled.
  • *We do not accept reshipment of cancelled items.
  • *Products cannot be returned or exchanged at the convenience store where they are picked up.
