2. 2. Application method and communication fees
   • ・Each person may only apply once.
   • ・This lottery sale can be applied for from smartphones and tablets. Applications may not be accepted from feature phones and some models.
   • ・Applicants will be responsible for any connection fees or communication fees incurred when applying for this lottery sale.
   • ・Minors must apply with the consent of their legal guardian. In some cases, we may set age restrictions for applications.

   • ・Applicants must guarantee that the information they have entered is true and accurate. In the unlikely event that you are unable to purchase the product because the information you entered is not true and accurate, we will not be held responsible in any way.
   • ・In addition to the above, we will not be held responsible in any case where the product cannot be delivered due to the winner's circumstances (absence, relocation, etc.) and the purchase right is invalidated.

5. 5. Receiving the prizes by the winners

If you choose to have your item delivered (cash on delivery) from the New Balance official online store, we will ship the item to the shipping address you specified when you applied as soon as we are ready after the winners are announced.
   • - You cannot change the delivery method you selected when applying.

   • ・When purchasing products, you will need to present (a) your myNB membership page, (b) the winning email for this lottery sale, and (c) one of the following original forms of identification (with photo). Please note that we may refuse to allow you to purchase if you are unable to present these documents, if you present an expired form of identification, if the identification is a copy rather than the original, or if we are unable to verify that the person visiting the store is the winner.

However, if the product can be picked up at any New Balance Golf, the HOUSE store and the customer wishes to pick up the product at one of those stores, myNB points will not be awarded at the time of purchase of the product. In either case, myNB points cannot be used to purchase the product.
   • ・Please note that if we observe any exchange of money or goods or soliciting, whether inside or outside the store, or if we cause trouble for neighboring stores or between customers, we may cancel sales.
   • ・When picking up products at the store, please follow all instructions from the store staff. Please note that we may refuse to sell to customers who do not follow the instructions of the store staff.
   • - Please note that we may be forced to change the delivery date of the product depending on the situation on the day.

8. 8. Changes, interruptions, cancellations, and termination of this lottery sale

   3. ③If any trouble occurs between applicants or between an applicant and a third party.
