Outdoor Circuit

If you're able to get outside, we'll introduce you to some circuit training you can do in your neighborhood.
A full-body workout incorporating cardio, core work and strength training can be done alone.
Or you can do it with your family.

  • Start with a cardio warm-up - 10 minutes of jogging, biking, jumping rope, etc.
  • Core Circuit
    • Bicycle crunches: 25
    • 25 Russian Twists (weights optional)
    • Up and down plank 10 times
  • Glute/Hamstring Circuit
    • Fire Hydrant: 25 times on each leg
    • Donkey kicks, 25 times each leg
    • 25 squats (weights optional)

Repeat the above circuit for 3 sets.
