Basic knowledge of shoes

  1. The shoes you wear are very delicate items.
    How you store and handle it can make a difference in how long it lasts.
    Here are some tips to help you use it for a long time.
    An instruction manual is attached to the shoes, so please be sure to check it before use.

  2. Store shoes in a place with low temperature and humidity

    Did you know that shoes naturally deteriorate during storage?
    Deterioration refers to changes in the quality of the shoe, such as peeling, deterioration, or breakage of the sole.
    If left alone, these phenomena will naturally occur.
    The same deterioration occurs when you store new shoes that have not yet been taken down.
    In particular, high temperatures and humidity accelerate these deteriorations, so be careful! When wearing shoes that have been stored for a long time,
    Check the condition of your shoes before doing so.

  3. Storage in the car is strictly prohibited!

    I see people leaving their shoes in the car, but this is not recommended.
    For example, the inside of a car or trunk under the scorching sun can become very hot, and the soles of your shoes may peel off in a short period of time.
    This is because it may be deformed.
    Even if it's a hassle, take your shoes home from your car and store them in a place with low temperature and humidity.

How to care

  1. 1. Caring for natural leather uppers

    1) Apply shoe cleaner (commercially available) to a soft cloth and wipe off any dirt.

    Please note: Shoes should not be washed. This may cause deterioration such as severe discoloration and hardening of the leather.
  3. 3. Caring for woven uppers

    1) Wash off dirt thoroughly using sneaker detergent (commercially available) and lukewarm water.
    The use of bleach or detergents with strong bleaching properties may cause discoloration or fading.
    Be careful when using a washing machine as this may damage the fabric!

    2) Rinse thoroughly so that no detergent remains.
    Remaining detergent may cause discoloration.

    3) Choose a shaded area with good ventilation to dry. The basic idea is to dry naturally in the shade.
    Drying in direct sunlight, stove, hair dryer, dryer, etc. may cause deformation, shrinkage, discoloration, and peeling of the sole.
    In addition, dirt that could not be removed by washing remains partially accumulated due to rapid drying.
    Be careful as this may cause stains to appear.

  4. Shoe lifespan
