Delivery
This is a FAQ regarding delivery, such as specifying delivery date and time, delivery status, etc.
Regarding shipping costs, delivery days, and delivery date and time specifications
A. If you register as a member at New Balance official online store, shipping is free, and at New Balance official online outlet, shipping is free for purchases over 5,000 yen (tax included).
If you are a non-member (guest), shipping is free for purchases of 15,000 yen or more (tax included).
*Shoes in the kids' category on the official online store are always delivered free of charge.
If you are a guest (non-member), if the total amount of your order is 15,000 yen (tax included), the shipping fee will be 660 yen (tax included).
A. The delivery company will be Yamato Transport, which will deliver to all parts of Japan. *We cannot change the delivery company.
Delivery address and delivery date
A.Product shipping is limited to within Japan only.
A. You can specify the delivery date and time when placing your order.

* The specified date and time are only a guideline. Even if you have a desired delivery date and time, delays may occur due to road traffic conditions on the day. Please note in advance.
*If you would like your order to be delivered on the shortest date and time, please select ``No Preference'' on the delivery date displayed when placing your order.
Check delivery status
A. Products ordered by 3:00 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped by the second business day after the order via the official online store, and within 3 business days via the official online outlet.
※営業日起算のため、金曜日15時以降、土日にご注文の場合、月曜日が起算日となります。

・If verification of use is required for payment

Period during which you can receive the product
A. The store closest to the delivery address will store the package for 7 days, so redelivery is possible within 7 days.
If you are not at home, the delivery company will leave a notice.
Please arrange your desired delivery date within the redelivery period and be sure to receive your item.
Your item will be automatically returned to us in the following cases:
■ If you are unable to contact the contact information listed on your absence notification
If the address is unknown
■ If an order is deemed fraudulent
*If you refuse to receive the parcel or are absent for a long period of time,
There may be some restrictions on future use.
Where to pick up your item
A: You cannot specify this when placing your order.
To use the service, simply register with Kuroneko Members in advance and select your preference, such as "Leave at door," from the delivery notification. Please refer to the following and specify your preference after shipping.

Regarding convenience store/office pickup
A. When ordering, please select "Pick up at convenience store or office" as the delivery method.

*Please note that orders containing two or more pairs of shoes cannot be accepted due to the cardboard size limit of 100cm.
*Large items that do not have a setting button
Please note: If you enter the address of a convenience store or business office directly into the delivery address, your package will not be available for pickup at a convenience store.

A.You can pick up your package at the following convenience stores and Yamato Transport offices.
*If the "Pick up at convenience store or Yamato office" button is not displayed, such as for large items, this option is not available.

A. Delivery date cannot be specified.
The storage period is 3 days if you collect from a convenience store, and 7 days if you collect from a Yamato office, including the day of arrival.
If the storage period expires, the item will be returned to our warehouse and automatically canceled. We cannot reship the item.
A.You can only pick up your order at the location you specified when placing it.Under any circumstances, it is not possible to change the convenience store where the package will be picked up, have it forwarded, or have it picked up at a branch office.
A. Credit card,Amazon Pay, PayPayYou can choose.
A. When the product arrives at the designated convenience store and is available for collection, Yamato Transport will send you a notification email. If you are using domain-specific reception,mail@kuronekoyamato.co.jpPlease set it up so that you can receive ".
A. [For FamilyMart, Circle K Sunkus] You will need the "waybill number (inquiry number)" and "authentication number" that Yamato Transport will notify you of in advance. Please perform the authentication operation on the store terminal.
[For other convenience stores and Yamato offices] Identification card (driver's license, etc.), personal seal, Yamato Transport's courier slip number (contact number) and email with the authentication number, etc.

A. Orders placed through our online store cannot be changed to Kuroneko Members services or convenience store pickup.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you pick up your package at home or at a Yamato Transport store.
